Market data fees and rebate policyWebIRESS is a state of the art online CFD trading platform and at MF Global Singapore we provide our clients with FREE access to our CFD trading platform.In addition to receiving free access to the CFD trading platform, you may also request for market data. Each market data is individually priced. There is a monthly market data rebate policy in which if you trade a minimum number of trades you will receive that market data for free. Please see the table below for information on our data fees and rebate rules:
Please note, all charges on your statement appear in your chosen base currency. The exchange rate is based on the rate at the time of which you are charged and we use the wholesale FX rate at the time of billing. You will only be charged the Market Data Fee for each market you choose if you do not execute the minimum number of trades in each market. Market Data LicenseThere is also a market data license fee as data is received from Reuters Australia Pty Ltd via the MF Global trading platform. An additional International data license fee applies based on how many markets are chosen, as follows:
*Prices exclude GST The Reuters License Monthly Fee is also waived when you execute only 1 trade in a calendar month. This 1 trade is inclusive of the minimum amount of trades needed to waive the Market Data Fee.International exchangesOccasionally, depending on the international market data you request, in order to provide you with the exchange data you wish to receive we need to be able to disclose whether you are a professional or a non-professional user of our online trading platform. If you are a personal account holder (not a corporate account holder) you are classified as a non-professional user in which for certain exchanges, i.e. The London Stock Exchange, you need to sign up for data feeds as a private investor user. In order to do this you must complete and return the relevant form below (see Private Investor Declaration pdf. attachment). Non-professional usersIf you have not already signed the Private Investor Declaration form, please complete and return the PDF below. This form will ensure that we can provide you with data from most stock exchanges at your request without further paperwork needed.
US Market DataIf you wish to receive US Market Data on your CFD online trading platform please complete and return the relevant forms below. Please note that in order for you to receive NYSE market data, you must complete and return a separate NYSE Private Investor Declaration formIf you wish to change your international data access at any time, you must advise MF Global Singapore Pte Limited of a change in your data feed requirements at least 5 days prior to calendar month end.
